Apple, Ham and Cheddar Melts

1. Core apple and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.

2. If using mustard, spread onto 4 slices of bread.

3. Then layer with cheddar cheese, ham, apple and more cheese. Top with the other 4 slices of bread.

4. Melt margarine.  Brush melted margarine onto both sides of bread.

5. If you have a panini press, just press the sandwich until toasted and cheese is melted.  If you do not have a press, cook sandwich on a nonstick pan over medium heat  using a brick covered in foil, a cast iron skillet or a dinner plate to press them. Cook until toasted and melted.
